What are the stamps made of?
We use premium natural beech wood for the handle, which provides a comfortable grip and a warm, vintage feel. The stamping surface is made of high-grade durable rubber, deep-etched to ensure every impression is crisp, sharp, and detailed.
Do the stamp sets come with ink pads?
To ensure the highest quality and prevent drying out during shipping, ink pads are not included in the box sets. We recommend using any standard pigment or dye-based ink pad. (Check out our store for our recommended vintage gradient ink pads!)
Can I use these stamps on surfaces other than paper?
Absolutely! While they are perfect for journals and cardstock, our high-quality rubber works beautifully on fabric, unfinished wood, gift wrap, and even polymer clay. Let your creativity run wild!

We recommend keeping them in the original kraft box they came in. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to protect the rubber and wood.

- Damaged Items: If your stamps arrive damaged or incorrect, you do NOT need to return them. Simply email a photo to support@joystmp.com, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
- Standard Returns: For non-defective items (change of mind), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninked, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We source our unique designs from artisan partners globally. Depending on stock levels, your package will ship from our warehouses in Asia or the USA to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
