Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Joystmp, we take pride in producing creative, made-to-order tools. As a small business, and due to the customised nature of many of our products, the following policy applies.


1. 30-Day Return Policy (Non-Custom Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order for non-custom, non-personalised items only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninked, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective, non-custom items.


2. Custom & Personalised Products (Important)

Custom-made and personalised products are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stamps produced from customer-submitted designs

  • Made-to-order items manufactured specifically for an individual order

Due to their personalised nature, these items cannot be resold or reused, and therefore are not eligible for return, exchange, or full refund once produced, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.


3. What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect

A manufacturing defect is limited to:

  • The stamp being physically damaged upon arrival

  • The stamp being unable to produce any stamped impression

  • Receiving the wrong item compared to the order confirmation

The following are NOT considered defects:

  • Variations in stamped image consistency

  • Differences between stamped impressions and printed or digital images

  • Results affected by ink type, pressure, paper material, or user technique

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic or aesthetic outcome

Manual stamping is an inherently variable process, and visual differences are a natural characteristic of the product.


4. Damages & Defective Items (Replacement or Refund)

If your order arrives damaged or defective as defined above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You do not need to return the defective item.

Please email support@joystmp.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Upon verification, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund at our discretion.


5. Partial Refunds & Goodwill Resolutions

In certain cases where a custom product is functional but does not meet personal expectations, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Such offers do not constitute an admission of fault and are intended to resolve matters amicably.


6. Used Items

Once a stamp has been pressed into ink, it is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and resale reasons.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes.

Initiating a chargeback while a resolution is in progress may delay the outcome and does not guarantee a refund, particularly for custom-made products.
