Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a standard shipping fee of $4.99 applies. 

Due to high demand and the unique nature of our products, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

United States & UK	7 - 14 Business Days
Canada, Australia & NZ	10 - 18 Business Days
Europe (Germany, France, etc.)	8 - 15 Business Days
Rest of the World	12 - 25 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections or weather conditions.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Joystmp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, given the low value of our stationery items, customs duties are rarely incurred.

Lost/Missing Packages

Joystmp is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
