Do I Need Any Extra Tools?
Most JOYSTMP™ Book Nook Kits come with everything needed for assembly. Some models may require craft glue, which is typically not included due to international shipping regulations.

- Damaged Items: If your stamps arrive damaged or incorrect, you do NOT need to return them. Simply email a photo to support@joystmp.com, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
- Standard Returns: For non-defective items (change of mind), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninked, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
