Do I Need Any Extra Tools?
Most JOYSTMP™ Book Nook Kits come with everything needed for assembly. Some models may require craft glue, which is typically not included due to international shipping regulations.

- Damaged Items: If your stamps arrive damaged or incorrect, you do NOT need to return them. Simply email a photo to support@joystmp.com, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
- Standard Returns: For non-defective items (change of mind), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninked, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Does the kit include everything needed?
Yes. The kit includes all wooden parts, accessories, and instructions required for assembly. Batteries and glue may vary depending on the model.
The quality is very good, I love the product. I finished it in five days but... the clips that the product description says should be included did not arrive. A wall has holes in the wrong places because the opposite side doesn't match to fit together (if you know a bit about building houses, you can fix it with imagination). And the last thing... in the end, not everything fits on the ceiling. Despite all that...the bar is beautiful!!! and the light kit is the best I've seen anywhere else, just plug and play. It's worth it.

perfect CNC work. All the parts are separated from the frame, everything fits perfectly. The prints are not always perfectly aligned, but overall it's okay.
I really liked the design; it turned out to be a cool pub or bar. Probably in French/Belgian style. Or something similar to Irish style but without a bar counter inside. The prints could be a bit more interesting and authentic. But you can print it yourself and add something of your own.

The order arrived with a small defect (one of the wooden ladders of the model was broken), possibly due to an impact during transport. I repaired the damage and it does not hinder assembly, however I must say that a rigid box as packaging instead of a plastic bag would most likely have prevented the damage. Still an interesting product.

It has arrived, the only thing is that it came without a box and wrapped in plastic. I haven't opened it yet to see if everything is correct or not. If I open it and have problems, I will complain about whatever it is. At the moment, the seller's service is good because it didn't take long, but if everything has arrived and nothing is missing as I mentioned above, I don't know. I don't want to open it until I've worked with it because they are small parts and I don't want anything to be missing.
