What if the ink runs out? Do I need to buy a new stamp?
Not at all.
This stamp works just like a traditional self-inking stamp. When the ink runs low, you can simply add more ink and keep using it.
One refill lasts a long time, so you don’t need to worry about frequent replacements.
Do I need to design anything myself?
No.
You can simply choose from our pre-designed art stamp collection and start stamping right away.
If you want something more personal, you can also upgrade to a custom full-color stamp using your own artwork.

Because this is a hand-pressed, multi-color art process, not digital printing.
Each artwork is created by pressing the stamp manually, and the final result can be influenced by:

Our full-color stamp uses a four-color layered design, which requires pressing in sequence.
This means slight variations can naturally occur — similar to traditional printmaking or block printing.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your creative tools!
- Damaged Items: If your stamps arrive damaged or incorrect, you do NOT need to return them. Simply email a photo to support@joystmp.com, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
- Standard Returns: For non-defective items (change of mind), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninked, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Where do you ship from?
We source our unique designs from artisan partners globally. Depending on stock levels, your package will ship from our warehouses in Asia or the USA to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we curate these items specifically for you:
- USA & UK: 7-12 Business Days
- Canada & Australia: 8-15 Business Days
- Rest of World: 10-20 Business Days

What if my stamps arrive damaged?
We pack every set with extra care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@joystmp.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement immediately. Your joy is our priority!
